BiglyPay is a non-custodial crypto payment monitoring solution. Funds never pass through or reside with us; they settle directly to wallets you control. Because of this model, we minimize personal data collection and process only what is necessary to provide our services, ensure security, and comply with applicable laws.

2. Scope & Roles

This policy applies to visitors of biglypay.com, prospective customers, and merchant users of our dashboard, APIs, plugins, and integrations (e.g., WHMCS/HostBill modules).

Controller. BiglyPay FZCO (UAE) is the controller of personal data described here, except where you integrate BiglyPay into your own product and act as the controller for your end-customers’ data; in such cases, BiglyPay acts as a processor for limited technical logs/telemetry necessary to deliver the service.

3. Information We Collect

A) Account & Business Information

• Contact details (name, email, phone), company name, website.
• Authentication data (hashed passwords, access tokens, API keys).

B) Payment & Blockchain Metadata

• Public wallet addresses you configure, transaction hashes, amounts, timestamps, token/chain identifiers.
• Invoice identifiers, order references, and optional descriptors you provide to reconcile payments.

C) Technical & Usage Data

• IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, integration events, error logs.
• Security signals used for fraud/abuse prevention (e.g., rate limits, anomaly flags).

D) Communications

• Support requests and correspondence (email, form submissions, chat), including attachments you send.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide and maintain the service (monitoring, webhooks/callbacks, reporting, dashboards, APIs).
• Authenticate users, secure accounts, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our Terms.
